Pre-acceptance of Special Milling Machine for Casting-riser by Indian customers
Sakthi Auto Ancillary Private Limited (referred as Sakthi) is a well-known brake disc manufacturers in India. Their product has a high share in local market. With the rapid development of India industry in recent years, their production capacity rises rapidly every year. At the same time, they are also facing the pressure of increasing labor costs, especially grinding costs.
From the beginning of last year, they started to find the relevant equipment to cut the costs of brake disc grinding. After HIDEA got the information, we contacted Sakthi initiatively, and invited them to visit china.
In September 2014, their executive director with his delegation came to China to investigate. We took them to visit ASIMCO Meilian Brake Technology (Lanfang) Co., Ltd. which has our 4 brake disc grinding machine. They were very satisfied after visiting the scene and gave us an order immediately. They urged us to deliver goods as soon as possible. With the help and cooperate of relevant departments, the equipment is delivered on time, and pre-accepted on December 17th.
One operator can grind 300 brake discs per hour by using our machine. The effect is more stable than the artificial work, quality is higher, our customers are very satisfied.
