Metal China is held every two years.This tim it is officially opened in May 19, 2014. It is one of the world's two famous foundry industry exhibitions, over 1300 well-known exhibitors from more than 30 countries and regions, a total of over 1000000 audiences from more than 70 countries and regions during May 19 to May 22. It’ s like the constant agreement among world’ s foundry professionals, and brings a splendid event to the global foundry industry.

Hidea appeared with four sets of equipment: High Speed Turbo Sand Mixer, Batch Type Shot Blast Machine, Special Milling Machine for Casting-riser, Swing arm CNC Grinding Machine, in International Hall W1 Booth M06 with an area of 128 ㎡. A lot of customers from home and abroad kept coming to our booth and consulted the relevant circumstances of our equipment since the opening which led to a really busy situation to our staffs.

Compared to previous exhibitions, we got to a new level of this exhibition, mainly reflected in the following aspects:

1.Launched new products: Swing arm CNC Grinding Machine, Special Milling Machine for Casting-riser

2.Equipment upgrades: Hydraulic soft loading SWD shot blast system

3.Implementation of new ideas: foundry workshop post-processing automatically

Among them, Swing arm CNC Grinding Machine, Special Milling Machine for Casting-riser demonstrated in the exposition, and attracted more customers and visitors coming to consult and visit, which contributed a more and more popular atmosphere to our booth.

During the exhibition, we hold a signing ceremony with Wansheng Castings (Liyang) on sand preparation project, and reached several intention orders of the new products : Swing arm CNC Grinding Machine and Special Milling Machine for Casting-riser with a number of companies. At the same time, our Special Milling Machine for Casting-riser also won the “China Foundry Equipment Innovation Award” issued by Metal China.
