1.Working Principle

Polygon tank guarantees the castings turning softly. Blast wheels are located on top of the blast area, shot flow focused to blast on the castings with high energy to clean all surfaces and internal channels thoroughly.

3.Production Line Layout

The unique design makes SDT Continuous Through Type Shot Blast Machine much more easily integrated into the existing production line.

As is shown in the picture, a continuous casting production process is that during the period which the casting once leaves line shape, after cooling, shakeout to blast cleaning machine, without any manual operation and ground transportation.
